Scalmalloy® (Al-Mg-Sc) is a high-performance aluminum alloy developed for metal additive manufacturing. It offers exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, excellent corrosion resistance, and good machinability.
At CRP Meccanica, Scalmalloy is processed through DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) to create complex, lightweight geometries, and then finished with CNC machining to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface precision.
